What to email us about

• Photo, audio or video deletion: send the email you signed up with and we remove your uploads and generations.
• Refunds: failed generations refund credits automatically; for anything else, write to us within 7 days.
• Bug reports: the task ID from your video page helps us find it fast.
• Abuse or consent issues: if someone made a video using photos or a voice recording of you without permission, tell us and we will take it down.

Before you write

Many answers live in the FAQ on the home page and the free credits guide. Generation normally finishes within minutes; if your video has been queued far longer than that, it is worth an email.
