Terms of Service - AIAvatarVideo

These Terms of Service govern your use of AIAvatarVideo. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.

The service

AIAvatarVideo turns a photo and an audio file you upload into an AI-generated avatar video. The service runs on paid GPU infrastructure and is priced in credits.

Accounts and credits

You may need an account to render videos. New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. Additional credits are sold in one-time packs, never expire, and are charged only when a render starts. If a generation fails, the credits for that render are refunded to your balance automatically. Credits are a prepaid license to use the service, not money or a deposit, and packs are final sale except where law requires otherwise.

User content rules

You may only upload material you own or have clear permission to use:

• Every person recognizable in a photo must have consented to that photo being uploaded.
• Every voice in an audio file must belong to you or to someone who consented to the recording.
• No photos or voices of celebrities or public figures without permission.
• No fictional or copyrighted characters, no screenshots of other people's content.
• No commercial music, movie lines, or audio you do not control the rights to.

Outputs are for personal and creator use. You are responsible for what you generate and for where you publish it. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexual, or harassing content, to impersonate anyone, or to deceive people about what is real. Automated abuse of the free tier, and any attempt to circumvent billing, will lead to suspension.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the photos and audio you upload. We claim no ownership over your generated videos. The site design, brand, and underlying software remain ours.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, pricing, or these terms; material changes update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
