AIAvatarVideo is an independent AI tool. Every video rendered on this site is an original AI generation built from the photo and audio you upload. We host no stock footage, no copyrighted recordings, and no content from any third-party platform.

Your photos and audio

You may only upload photos and audio you own or have explicit permission to use, with the consent of everyone recognizable in them. Photos or voice recordings of celebrities, public figures, and fictional or copyrighted characters are not allowed, and neither is audio lifted from commercial music, movies, or other people's content. See the Terms of Service for the full user-content rules.

Music and sound

Talking-avatar videos use your uploaded audio, so the rights to that speech are yours to clear. Performance-mode clips that include sound use an original AI-generated instrumental, not a copyrighted recording. If you add a trending sound inside TikTok, Reels or Shorts when posting, that use is governed by each platform's own music licensing, not by us.

Generated videos

The avatar videos you generate are yours to download and share. We claim no ownership over your uploads or renders. To request deletion of your photos, audio or generated videos, use the contact page.

Takedown requests

If you believe content generated on this site infringes your rights, email support@aiavatarvideo.com with the video link and a description of the issue. We respond to valid takedown requests promptly.
